    Your Role

    As an Application Lab Technician, you will be the hands-on expert who brings innovation to life. In this role, you’ll transform ideas into practical solutions by preparing materials, setting up test environments, and conducting application tests that simulate real-world conditions. You’ll work closely with our innovation and technical teams, providing critical insights that help improve product performance and meet customer needs.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Support the application engineers in preparing requested materials for testing (raw materials, extinguishers, wood based panels)
    • Conduct hands-on application tests on products, materials, or formulations according to defined protocols
    • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory and application testing equipment.
    • Record, analyze, and report test results, highlighting practical performance and potential improvements.
    • Collaborate with innovation and technical teams to translate customer needs into practical test scenarios.
    • Prepare samples, set up test environments
    • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
    • Assist in troubleshooting product issues and support customer complaint investigations with practical testing.

    Your Profile

    • Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, materials science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Skilled in working with a wide range of tools and equipment.
    • Ability to perform and interpret application tests simulating real-world product use.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
    • Accurate documentation and reporting of procedures, results, and observations.
