ICT Support & System Engineer

    As our new ICT Support & System Engineer, you’ll keep our digital workplace running smoothly. You combine hands-on user support with technical system management to ensure our infrastructure is reliable, secure, and ready for the future. From solving daily IT issues to improving Microsoft 365 and our datacenter environment — you’ll play a key role in making technology work for everyone.

    Your Role

    You ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems and support end-users across the company. You’ll work closely with colleagues from different departments, improving both the technical and human side of IT — from systems to skills.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Provide first- and second-line IT support to internal users.
    • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, smartphones, and applications.
    • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune.
    • Support and monitor datacenter infrastructure.
    • Contribute to IT security through implementation of best practices and follow-up of incidents.
    • Document procedures and maintain an up-to-date IT knowledge base.
    • Assist in IT projects (e.g. ERP, CRM, reporting) from planning to rollout.
    • Organize user trainings to promote digital efficiency and security awareness.
    • Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and technologies — including cloud innovation, automation, and AI-driven tools — and advise on opportunities to improve our systems and processes.

    Your Profile

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and/or system administration.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows environments.
    • Service-minded, proactive, and structured in problem-solving.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to train end-users.
    • Curious about new technologies such as automation and AI, and motivated to apply them in practice.
    • Fluent in Dutch and English.
