    Your Role

    As Master Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials. You will manage and coordinate production planning activities, optimize processes, and ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. In this role, you will also lead and coach a team of 4 planners, contributing directly to the company’s strategic objectives.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Lead and coach a team of 4 planners, fostering development and high performance
    • Develop and maintain rolling production schedules based on forecasts, capacity, inventory policies, and regulatory requirements
    • Create and analyse monthly capacity plans, monitor inventory, and optimize utilization
    • Collaborate with Plants/Asset Schedulers to meet planned orders and resolve gaps
    • Manage allocation of short-supply products and communicate allocations to sales teams
    • Track demand forecasts, inventory targets, and key master planning metrics; lead root cause analysis for deviations
    • Monitor slow-moving and distressed inventory and coordinate mitigation with PM, Quality, and Finance teams
    • Develop mid-term scenarios to support S&OP decision-making
    • Coordinate and lead special projects, such as new product introductions, process transfers, and supply chain optimization
    • Maintain Navision data including BOM and item creation

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or equivalent through experience
    • Proven experience (> 5 years) in logistics, supply chain management, and production planning
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
    • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to handle changing priorities
    • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience in leading and coaching a team
    • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
