    Your Role

    As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a well-structured, professional work environment. Acting as a trusted partner to the management team and a central point of contact for colleagues and visitors, you will combine strong organizational skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset. This is a dynamic and varied role at the heart of our growing international company.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Act as a visible, approachable point of contact, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
    • Deliver high-level administrative support to management, including preparing documents, presentations, and correspondence
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate both internal and external events, including logistics and catering
    • Organize and follow up on business travel arrangements
    • Oversee office procurement, vendor relationships, and service provider coordination to ensure smooth operations
    • Support HR with administrative processes and internal communication activities
    • Greet visitors warmly, handle all incoming and outgoing communications, and ensure seamless information flow
    • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and professional office environment

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or equivalent through experience
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Proactive, customer-focused, and adaptable mindset
    • Accurate, reliable, and discreet with confidential information
    • Resilient and solution-oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
