You help deliver our “life-saving chemistry” to customers worldwide by coordinating resources, managing inventory, and enabling flawless execution.

    Your Role

    You plan, schedule, and coordinate our daily and weekly production activities. You ensure clear communication across departments, monitor stock levels, and proactively address any planning challenges. With strong organizational skills, you help optimize efficiency and support the growth of our operations.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Plan and schedule daily/weekly production activities.
    • Provide up-to-date information and escalate issues to the Team Leader.
    • Check raw materials, packaging, and equipment for production.
    • Monitor inventory of finished goods and intermediates to build an effective production plan.
    • Organize transportation to/from warehouses and production sites.
    • Handle administrative tasks: production files, labels, time sheet input (Navision), document scanning.
    • Participate in special projects and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or equivalent through experience
    • Experience with logistics or supply chain systems.
    • Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management.
    • Knowledge of compliance standards.
    • Accurate, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong communicator and problem-solver.
    • Flexible team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), knowledge of Navision is a plus.
