Your Role

Provide strategic technical guidance and hands-on expertise in the development, testing, and formulation of fire-fighting system foams. Lead complex projects focused on compliance with international standards, ensuring cutting-edge product development and market advancement in fire protection solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-impact research and development initiatives for fire-fighting foam systems, with a focus on formulation and performance optimization.
• Design, execute, and interpret fire-fighting system foam tests according to EN 1568, UL 162, LASTFIRE, and other relevant standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations on foam selection, compliance, and innovation to senior management.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, integrating these insights into innovation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive innovation and growth in foam technology.
• Promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• 15+ years of experience in fire-fighting system foam research, development and testing.
• Advanced knowledge of foam formulation chemistry, fire-fighting system design, and international testing standards (EN 1568, UL 162, LASTFIRE, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead and deliver impactful projects in the fire protection industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical findings and strategic recommendations.
